My S22 finally glitched out on me and the store owner was able to keep it alive for me for just over a week successfully! It had a super full gallery and resulted in a software crash... which apparently is a thing, ugh. I/we are SO grateful for his patience and clarity when I could have lost so many of my photos/videos (like thousandsss) that were not backed up and I did not realize could happen! The repair was fast, promised in 30 minutes, done within that time. The phone came out perfect, no issues. The price was good for parts and repair and exactly what we were quoted over the phone.
