I went to Repair All to replace a battery (March 2023) in my Samsung Tablet. I spoke with the technician, explained issue, and paid a deposit to order battery. Once battery arrived, I was called to bring in tablet (1 week total wait time from order to install). Ajay replaced my battery the same day I brought in. I will give it one star but other then that I do have to say that their prices are ridiculous $60 for labor $50 for a part that I bought on Amazon for $37 and found a video on YouTube of how to take apart that specific phone it’s not hard it’s not rocket science so basically they wanted to charge me $133 for a phone that I could buy a whole new phone for 99 or just fix the screen myself for $37 they need to reevaluate themselves and yes, people are gonna be like. Oh my God she sounds like a Karen oh well.
They do a great job! Quick service and reliable.
Store is very clean , the tech is very knowledgeable, they had my phone fixed fast and easy ,I will definitely be back .
