I paid 200 dollars on my ps5 hdmi wen I tested it worked for like 2 weeks then stopped working
I dropped off a ps5 for repair and it took months to get it back. There was no update on whether or not it was getting fixed, and I had to call them just to see what happened. They couldn’t fix it, and gave it back to me after no luck. When I was about to ship it to Sony for repair, I found out that the serial number was completely different from my original ps5. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Explained what was going on and immediately questioned if we were going to pay? As if we weren’t going too. Didn’t give us a price just asked “well if I fix it are you going to pay” and kept “joking” about payment. Weird way to talk to customers. Will not be going back
