I brought my kid’s phone back in for a follow-up repair after a not-so-great first experience with a different technician. Gregory was fantastic—super responsive, collaborative, and really took the time to explain why the battery wasn’t working properly. His feedback was clear and helpful, and he made sure everything got fixed the right way. My kid is thrilled with how well the phone works now, and I’m really grateful for how Gregory took care of us. Highly recommend!
Great place came in for a screen change in and out in 30min very fair price… Also he had great customer service will highly recommend coming to this place or any phone repair
It was a good experience.
Left my iPad for a charging port replacement that was estimated to be ready in approximately 2 hours. The LED was broken during the repair. They've had my iPad for a week now, no call so I stopped in to check on the progress and was told they didn't have the part in yet, call tomorrow. The only problem is they don't take calls. The calls are routed through a operator and a recorded voice says "can you hold please" no one actually ever answers the calls. Horrible experience with David and this company. I brought my iPad mini to get the charging port fixed / replaced and it took 10 days for some reason to get the part in and when I came to check on it he told me the screen was now glitching and that it was messed up so tried to charge me another $150 to fix something he broke. Just really unprofessional and he doesn’t give out receipts or invoices when he takes your item in so he can say whatever he wants when it comes to why it was worse when I picked it up then when I dropp... read more
