I went to this repair shop (Repair Zone inside Streets at Southpoint) on a Sunday afternoon after my charger port stopped working properly. While the first person was fixing the charger, he asked me if I wanted to replace my battery also since it was not looking good, and since the phone is open now, he would charge me much less than the normal price.
