I’m sure they’re good but for over a week they haven’t returned my calls or emails. Drove past last Friday and they were closed even though they should be open.
I've been there a few times. Very happy with the service and honest advice. I'm on my way there again today because to fix my wife's phone screen.
Had an Issue where my phone wasnt charging, thought the port was worn out and needed replacing to which they quoted me £80 which is a very reasonable and fair price, turns out it just needed clearing out under a microscope to which they did at no charge! Works perfectly again now absolute lifesavers Rob and the team 10/10 5 star service recommend to everyone in Gravesend.
Bit of a communication mistake made but Rob is going absolutely above and beyond to address it, offering to pick up my phone from home to replace the broken screen the same day.
