Absolutely amazing. The massage was brilliant and left me feeling super relaxed. I can already feel the tightness in my shoulder and upper back dissipating. Suzanne was super friendly too and the hour completely flew by. Would definitely recommend and will be back myself again if I ever need to.
Suzie is amazing at what she does! Absolute pleasure to deal with. The knowledge she has for massage is wonderful. Such a beautiful and relaxing environment and the fact her services are located at the gym is a win! Couldn’t recommend her more! Brilliant at her job!
Couldn’t recommend anyone else but Suzanne! For years I’ve struggled with shoulder/neck pains I even had surgery on my shoulder and I was hoping the pain would go but it never did. Suzanne used the cupping treatment which I never experienced it before but definitely doing it again. The pain has magically disappeared which has helped me preform better in my upper body workouts! :)
I visited Repair and Recover recently with ongoing neck and shoulder/upper back issues. Suzanne's techniques and deep tissue sports massage made all the difference. Results were evident upon leaving and in the days after, my range of movement has been brilliant. I’ve been twice and plan to continue going back.
Had a few sessions to see if i could ease pain in my lower back. Suzie was able to identify the problem areas immediately. Her massage techniques along with localised cupping relieved my symptoms within a few sessions. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing massage or needing some problem areas sorted.
