My daughter went to go get her phone checked to see if it was repairable cause it got wet. She wasn't looking to get it fixed she just wanted a quote.... they did the fix and told her they weren't going to give her the phone until she paid it...they charged her $205 for a $40 fix...she desperately needed her phone so she paid it but these people are just scammers and money hungry...if you try to get your phone checked...they won't just check it, they fix it and then force you to pay the price...they did the same thing with h... read more
I went to this location for a screen protector and the rep sold me a screenprotector that does not properly protect my curved phone screen. If he didn't have the proper screen protector, he should have not allowed me to make the purchase, rather than convince me into buying it. $25 wasted. I do not recommend this establishment.
Great Service from RJ , we make an hour drive when we need anything fixed on our phones but it's all worth the drive !
Rjay did a fantastic job with my phone 10/10 would come again I was in a rush and he got it done in time!
