Oriana is the Absolute Best! Fantastic Customer Service over the phone & in person. This review is a few months overdue, as I since upgraded to a newer iPhone. Oriana saved my early 2015 MacBook Air which was stuck in recovery mode and needed external (non-internet sourced) software reinstalled. While she opened up the protective case she noticed my batteries were swollen and that corroborated my having to keep it constantly plugged in to keep the power from crashing. Definitely recommend this place. He will not give up easy, I'll tell you that! He has fixed my phone twice now and both times were very good. He is a very chill guy and is very knowledgeable.
