I was on my way into Verizon to ask for help because I could not get my charging cord into the port. I saw Repair Lounge right there and knew they would be better suited. To be honest I have been a bit wary of repair stores because I have only got help the Apple Store /Genius Bar. I am glad to have this as a go-to! The atmosphere is easy going and Aaron was friendly, proficient I will be returning if I have any needs of repair in the future and will be referring my friends to Repair Lounge.
Replaced guts of phone and glass, cheaper than buying new one. Was given a loaner phone till fixed, had work that needed to be handled. Had ipad glass replaced in past , fixed fast and it's beautiful. The prices are great
Highly recommend! Dropped my phone in water and verizon was not able to transfer the data from my old phone to my new phone due to water damage. Happened to pop in and ask about my phone, and after some maintenance, and a camera replacement, Erin was able to sync my phone to the new one and I didn't lose anything! I am so grateful💙
So family friends of mine and I have came here for small to heavy sized repairs in the past. I visited in the past, mainly to get my charging port cleaned out due to lint buildup, and every time I came in, there was always two men or so here that would do it with no hesitation and would do it free of charge since the “labor” wasn’t much at all.
