I recently visited this great iPhone repair shop in San Marcos, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I expected to be glued to my phone for at least a couple of hours waiting around, but the entire job was completed in just 40 minutes—super efficient! Oriana is the Absolute Best! Fantastic Customer Service over the phone & in person. This review is a few months overdue, as I since upgraded to a newer iPhone. Oriana and the team at Repair Lounge were professional, patient and extremely efficient. They explained the details of my problem, recommended options for my laptop repair, and completed the work when promised. I was encouraged to call if I experienced problems once I returned home and started working with my laptop. Fortunately, the work was done well and there have been no problems.
I stopped in here unsure if they’d be able to fix my front phone screen and they did no problem!! The service was great and friendly. The owner creates a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely return here for any future phone issues. Thank you so much!!
Highly recommend!! Both Courtney and Oriana were awesome. I took my iPad in to have some repair work done and was completely satisfied. Courtney was VERY knowledgeable about iPads and knew exactly what to do to repair the issue. She also pointed out another issue that I had no idea existed and made sure it was taken care of. Oriana checked me out and was great. Super helpful with a great personality!!
