Fast efficient service at a great price. Can't fault them and this is the 2nd time I've used their services. Customer service is great and I will definitely use them again. Thanks.
I was disappointed with the service I received from RepairIT. I was told my laptop was fixed twice for the original fault to still occur. This wasted my time and money. However, the shop did have good communication with phone calls and speedy email responses. They did offer me a refund for the repair which was appreciated. They were knowledgeable however in my situation I wish the original fault had been identified earlier in the repair process.
Really helpful, very friendly, efficient service and always happy to help in any way they can.
Very good service
They sold me a faulty replacement screen with a massive black dot on it that didn't affect functionality other than lost vision. Was told they would order a screen and because I am broke and prone to breaking screens he offered to keep it in stock under the promise of them installing it as my next repair for free. Come a few months later and the black dot has now spread further than I can accept and he is refusing to replace the screen for me so in the end I am just left with the faulty screen I was sold.
