My new phone i only had it for 1 week and managed to break the back of it while running to work so i went in to get it repaired the torch wouldnt work then the sound wouldnt work this guy literally messed up my whole phone and destroyed it upto the point that now it isnt working at all and is completely useless and when i went in to complain he said it was already like that all he does is smoke weed all day and ruins everyones phones.
Fixed charging point. Broke sound. No ringtones, sound of any kind. Funny how they then don't reply. Comeuppance....
Bank holiday weekend i tried 3 other repair shops to put a new screen on my s7. Not one replied. Rang repair hut he said bring it in, i did and within the hour i was told that my phone could be fixed which meant i knew i had a working phone to pick up which i did early the next morning. Very good customer service and excellent at attatching screen protectors
Went to get an I phone unlocked. Turned out to be already usable on any network. Really fair honest service 👍🏻
