Renz Counseling was formed in early 2014 in order to meet the mental health needs of people south of Boston. (In order to protect our clients and staff; we are currently providing counseling strictly via Telehealth. We will reopen our Canton and Stoughton offices as soon as it is safe.) Terrible service. Go elsewhere.
This review is only for their billing practice. Just like anything else watch your credit card statements as Renz billed my credit card a $250 and another $45. This should never have happened as the therapy was billed through EAP and then during COVID in which both were $0 co pays. I did dispute the charges and they were reversed but it left me with “a bad taste in my mouth.” Beware.
Cathy has built a dynamic team of qualified professionals who are providing exceptional mental health care for the community. She leads with integrity and compassion and is incredibly supportive and collaborative.
Liz Harris is the best! Honestly I look forward to speaking to her every week and she has helped me so much. HIGHLY recommend.
