I want to share my experience with this practice’s billing and administrative handling. This was the second time I encountered major billing failures where charges were not processed appropriately over an extended period and were later presented to me as a large balance all at once. This review is only for their billing practice. Just like anything else watch your credit card statements as Renz billed my credit card a $250 and another $45. This should never have happened as the therapy was billed through EAP and then during COVID in which both were $0 co pays. I did dispute the charges and they were reversed but it left me with “a bad taste in my mouth.” Beware.
