This review is only for their billing practice. Just like anything else watch your credit card statements as Renz billed my credit card a $250 and another $45. This should never have happened as the therapy was billed through EAP and then during COVID in which both were $0 co pays. I did dispute the charges and they were reversed but it left me with “a bad taste in my mouth.” Beware.
