I visited Renu with my boyfriend over the weekend, and every detail of the experience was a 10/10 for us both! The woman working at the front desk was great; She greeted us right away and continued to be attentive throughout our visit. The entire space was pristine and perfectly kept, including the sauna and cold plunge areas. We would absolutely come again, as well as recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing experience in the Manchester area.
Visited this gem with one of my besties today. We had an excellent experience! Natalie was so helpful and answered every question we threw at her about all their services. Such a relaxing place. We will definitely be back! Thank you for prioritizing recovery we all need more of it!

I fell in love with Renu after my first visit and have been going ever since. It is clean, warm, and the staff is amazing! It is mine and my son's happy place! I go to unwind after work or early in the morning to start my day...either way I leave feeling refreshed and calm.
I love RENU! It’s my happy place! I went on a trial and had to get a membership when it was over. It’s a nice peaceful escape. I come home rejuvenated and my skin looks amazing. Also my hip pain is almost non existent. Thank you RENU!
