The owner was rude! She is absolutely delusional regarding how she runs her place. She over books appointments and confronts her clients with a nasty attitude. All she cares about is the money. She doesn’t care about treating her customers right.
First time visiting on 3/28/26. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean with a welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I went to try their infrared sauna.
I visited Renu with my boyfriend over the weekend, and every detail of the experience was a 10/10 for us both! The woman working at the front desk was great; She greeted us right away and continued to be attentive throughout our visit. The entire space was pristine and perfectly kept, including the sauna and cold plunge areas. We would absolutely come again, as well as recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing experience in the Manchester area.
Visited this gem with one of my besties today. We had an excellent experience! Natalie was so helpful and answered every question we threw at her about all their services. Such a relaxing place. We will definitely be back! Thank you for prioritizing recovery we all need more of it!
Love this place! A welcoming and relaxing vibe with super friendly staff. Everything felt so new and clean. So happy to have these treatments available in our town. I will definitely be back soon.
