Visited for the first time from out of town. The red light bed is amazing and the infrared sauna is very good. I loved the lounge area with complimentary use of the compression boots! I live in CA where we are very up to date on services like this. This place knows what they are doing.
Excellent recovery for apres ski! Well-appointed and clean. Also can pop in just for a cold plunge. Great find.
Renu is such a wonderful, relaxing experience! From the moment you walk in, it feels like a little escape from the everyday. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming, and it’s the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and take some time for yourself. The new owner is absolutely wonderful, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for her guests. I’m so happy to have a place like this in Manchester and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
The owner was rude! She is absolutely delusional regarding how she runs her place. She over books appointments and confronts her clients with a nasty attitude. All she cares about is the money. She doesn’t care about treating her customers right.
