I submitted a rental application through your platform on Thursday for a house located on 36876 Sycamore Street in Fremont, CA. My friend and I paid a $100 application fee, but the landlord has not responded to any of our emails or text messages since then. Could you please confirm whether this listing and the landlord are legitimate and active on your platform? We are concerned because we shared our personal information during the application process.
The service was fine. It was relatively easy to submit my rental application and the application was processed quickly. What I don't appreciate is RentSpree selling my email to a bunch of random companies that are now loading up my email in box with a bunch of junk emails. They should disclose that they sell email addresses.

I filled out application and paid 50.00 and after I did the realtor Judith does respond to email or text. The home is located 99 Simmons Novato ca. Just now I got email asking me to fill out the application ???? I have already it and paid for it this platform is such scam I am reporting this company to consumer protection and Congress they need to hold this companies accountable for wrong doing .
