Horrible. They took over $100 for nothing they did!
I only recommend RentSpree for tenant screening. Do not set up rent payments through them. Had headache setting up the account to receive the rent, could not combine two owners in one account, spent many hours on the phone with what is supposed to be simple. On top of that, they charge tenant a fee for monthly automatic payments. RentSpree takes the money from the account almost a week earlier than due date and pays the landlord late if that falls on a weekend. While using this company is convenient in the short run, the company sells your personal information to third parties which leads to incessant spam calls from realtors which is absolutely infuriating.
Horrible process for renters or someone looking for a place to stay .
