My experience working at this KinderCare started off okay but quickly became alarming. I witnessed a teacher aggressively shaking a child and immediately reported it to management. No action was taken. I eventually informed the child’s parent due to the seriousness of the situation, and instead of accountability, I faced backlash. My two sons attended this center for 2+ years, until we moved away from the area. Leaving this center was absolutely the hardest part of the move. The teachers are like family -- always there to give my boys hugs, words of encouragement, laughter, and guidance. They truly made such a huge impact on my boys' lives. The center does a great job of balancing learning/curriculum and fun. Plus, the teachers sent me videos and pictures of the boys all day, which made it so much easier to be away from them. My 2.5 year old goes here and they work well with her she likes going to kindercare. They have great teachers that really care about your childs development and i appreciate that. They pay attention to detail and also allergies.

Our son first started daycare here at 7 months old. It was a tough adjustment for him after being home for so long, but the teachers were patient, caring, honest about how he was doing and provided lots of updates and photos. Now my son loves daycare and he only cries when his main teachers go on lunch break or leave for the day. We are thankful for this caring community and appreciate the NAEYC accreditation.

As a First time mom, My daughter has been going to this center since she was 6 weeks old and she’s about to turn 1 in just a few weeks. I was so nervous sending my child to daycare because when my daughter first started she never had a bottle before but, Renton Highland’s KinderCare Teacher’s made the transition so easy! The teachers (especially the teachers in the infant room Ms, Maria & Ms, Danica) were so supportive, and helped my daughter quickly adjusted.
