Thieves. Claimed I made a “verbal contract” with them. Which never happened. Continue to send me a contract in my email to sign. Promised a refund. Never received it. BBB is being notified of this. Paid $220 for home barrier which did not work. Offered a subscription service of $55 a month. I refused the service. Still got charged for it. I want to share my experience with Florida pest control. They have only given me partial service so far for the $1400 I paid. The communication from the service personel in this company has been terrible in my experience. I liked my sales person which is the main reason I went with this company. Unfortunately they break up their business so they cant all receive this review, but please be warned. They sent me the contract of another person and DID NOT inform the other person. I called, texted, and did everything in my power to notify them. When they didnt respond after 72 hours, I called the other person to let them know their information had been compromised. This place is a SCAM they take thousands of dollars and do absolutely nothing! They’ve allowed a serious mice infestation to happen and continue now for MONTHS.
