I want to share my experience with Florida pest control. They have only given me partial service so far for the $1400 I paid. Unfortunately they break up their business so they cant all receive this review, but please be warned. They sent me the contract of another person and DID NOT inform the other person. I called, texted, and did everything in my power to notify them. When they didnt respond after 72 hours, I called the other person to let them know their information had been compromised. I have been a customer with access to the customer portal, however now when I go to login it says I haven't been granted access yet. Please fix.
They keep sending bills and demanding payment for services they never even showed up to do. This service was not completed and we will not be paying it. The technician came to our house, put down traps and said he would come back. The technician said I was overcharged and to contact customer service, we did that but never received a return call. This place is a SCAM they take thousands of dollars and do absolutely nothing! They’ve allowed a serious mice infestation to happen and continue now for MONTHS. They take their monthly payment and never actually come out, when trying to reach anyone to resolve this issue NO ONE WILL CONTACT YOU!
