Do not get stuck into signing anything with this company. They’re expensive and don’t show up as they promise. Excuses when you complain about treatments not working. If you try to cancel service good luck! Would never do business with these people again.
If I could leave no stars, I would. Our company received a check for an invoice for our company, but no other information. Well, they are not in our system and the invoice does not match anything in our system to apply the payment to. I reached out and spoke w/ Andrea. I explained we did not have service w/ them and we are listed as their vendor and we received a payment, but we needed further information to process it for them. Drew came by today to do a termite inspection. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful! My mom had a million questions and he answered every one of them with patience. Highly recommend!
