Do not rent from them. I rented a car from them on Turo. It was a 2022 Camry. It shook when you went over 50mph. The back bumper was being held on by a screw. The blind spot monitor didn’t work. It had no wiper fluid & the back driver tire was leaking air. Not only was it not a nice car, I told Alvin about the multitude of problems. He said he wouldn’t charge me for the 1/4 of gas that was missing. Days later, he not only charged me for the gas, he also charged me a convenience fee for refilling the gas. DO NOT RENT!!!! His vehicle had warning lights on and Alvin did respond to my concerns. Later told me it was fine and I was I’ve over reacting. Unsafe and possibly scammers situation
I've only used Alvin C when I rent and the experience has been 5* all the way.
