Rentec Direct was unable to provide the services as advertised. I was genuinely hopeful and excited about starting a new partnership with your company. Rentec Direct has (in my opinion) the absolute best property management software, and the selling point for me is their proactive support. It’s a lean company, and I hope it continues to be! I've been using Rentec Direct for my property portfolio for the past few months and it's been a great experience so far. The customer service stands out — I have a designated contact I can meet with directly over Zoom and ask questions, which makes a huge difference.
