This is most redundant app you could use for a tenant. "it's a quick and easy process" In actuality it requires 3-4 photos of every item in the unit. There is no way to skip over items that do not apply. IE my kitchen and dining area are basically the same. But the app wants 4 pictures of light switches and lights for each area. I'm sure if you look around there are much better options if you are in property management/real estate. Screenshots attached of each app. Each step requires 3-4 pictures to complete.
RentCheck was an decent company we used for several years until we switched/upgraded to a competitor. That's when the majority of the issues came. We have so many ongoing problems with RentCheck attempting to still market to/leverage our tenant base after the fact, even after we reach out to them directly, which causes more confusion and customer services issues than anything.
