As a resident of the Motion at Dadeland I would love to commend the cleaning crew at this building. The place is beyond clean, the common areas are kept spotless always, the rugs, elevators, parking, dog area etc. It smells clean, it is a pleasure to enjoy living in this clean environment. Not to mention how friendly they are and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Thank you Marlenis, Maday and Eridel for making our living experience so nice.
As a current resident of Motion at Dadeland, I can say that living here has been a great experience overall. The building is in a beautiful location, the apartments are spacious and modern, and everything still feels quite new and well-maintained. Naturally, there’s always something that could be improved, but what really stands out is that the management actually listens and is open to making changes when needed.
