I was put on a waiting list for a rental vehicle to have while my car(which is still under warranty) would be serviced for a couple of issues. I call before I drop my car off to make sure a rental is available since I had no call from the waiting list, only to find out that the rental program was stopped a week prior to my appointment! And I wasn’t even notified! Very bad service right there. Connie was the absolute best. Her customer service is out of this world. I almost bought a car from her and she is not even a salewoman Very reasonable priced rentals. Nice new clean cars too. Hands down the best place to rent from.
