Friendly staff on phone, however, due to only one available vehicle to rent at the time I needed one, we were unable to do business. The staff on the phone did give an estimate of what the one available car at that time would be and it was outrageous at over $1K / week. I asked for the weekly price because it is a holiday weekend coming and I needed to get to work and back through the next 4 days.
