Jada at Rental Avenue helped me out with a rental when I had no reservation because one of the other big car rental chains let me down completely. The car wasn't perfect but it was the last car left in eastern North Carolina. The customer service was great, thank you.
I have tried a few times to give this company the benefit of the doubt after using them but today just did it for me. I booked a reservation this morning for a vehicle. The website stated the car was available. Called to confirm and was told the car wasn't available due to it being extended out with another customer. Ok cool. Unless you’re dealing directly with Jasper, the owner, you will receive a very unprofessional and ghetto/ratchet experience. I made a reservation on Monday June 17th to pick up today June 21st, I received a confirmation. Yesterday I got a text from a random number saying the car wouldn’t be available and whoever it was offered a different car. Then proceeded to ask me about dates, as if something changed on my end. Now today, there’s nothing available when I was under the impression I had a car reserved, and was told I took ... read more
