Jada at Rental Avenue helped me out with a rental when I had no reservation because one of the other big car rental chains let me down completely. The car wasn't perfect but it was the last car left in eastern North Carolina. The customer service was great, thank you.

I have tried a few times to give this company the benefit of the doubt after using them but today just did it for me. I booked a reservation this morning for a vehicle. The website stated the car was available. Called to confirm and was told the car wasn't available due to it being extended out with another customer. Ok cool. So the owner told me he would call me right back soon as he calls the office to see what's available. The office closes at 5. Here it is 4:26 and I have yet to get a call back, a text or anything. Unless you’re dealing directly with Jasper, the owner, you will receive a very unprofessional and ghetto/ratchet experience. I made a reservation on Monday June 17th to pick up today June 21st, I received a confirmation. Yesterday I got a text from a random number saying the car wouldn’t be available and whoever it was offered a different car. Then proceeded to ask me about dates, as if something changed on my end. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and inconvenient. I made a reservation on May 24th for a vehicle to be picked up on June 6th. I got to the location to only be told that they don't have any vehicles available and that they called me on Wednesday. They didn't call, didn't leave a voice mail, or email and canceled my reservation. But, why would you cancel my reservation the day before my actual pick up time?
