VERY BAD EXPERIENCE,OWNER NOT RESPONDING AND FROM THE FIRST DAY WAS A RES FLAG. CAR WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I BOOKED ON TURO,TIRES WHERE BOLD WHIT NO TRACTION ON WET SURFACE(VERY UNSAFE TO DRIVE PAST 40 MPH),THICKING NOISE FROM THE ENGINE And THE LIGHTS WERE VERY LOW POWER
Don't rent from them, they give you cars with problems and try to break them so you pay them back, then you try to contact them and they don't even answer you!
They rent out already broken cars; they rented us a car with completely worn-out tires, which was a risk because we could have skidded in the rain. The engine made a very strange noise, and the headlights were very dim and dull. Do NOT rent from them under any circumstances!
DO NOT DO IT! Instead of gaining repeat clients they try to nickel and dime you at every step. I have rented 5+ high end cars from Turo with zero issues until I came across this company. Turo also refuses to offer support. There's plenty of quality respectful renters in South Florida use them instead.
