Booked a car for 4-45 ..inadvertently went to a car hire business a few meters away .Realised my mistake ..arrived at at My car rentals at 4-47 to be told”na mate we going home “ I explained that a friend had been hospitalised in Geelong ! I’m appalled at the lack of simple empathy let alone the lack of professionalism! I would never contemplate going back here ever !! The office could do with a clean too !

The initial customer service was good and prompt. I wish I had taken the photos of the car. I booked an eight seater Kia Carnival. I knew the car was 2013 model and knew it had done close to 200k km. Never expected expect it to be this bad. I had family visiting from overseas. The car didn’t lock and everywhere we went we had to carry everything with us. It was so much inconvenience.
