It has been a very challenging experience for me. The day I got my vehicle I noticed it was infested with roaches. When I told the salesman he said we have something good that will get those out. Completely disgusting and might I add they never took care of the bug problem. I asked them to fix the noise that was coming about when you ride down the road they claimed well it’s a used car it won’t be perfect. After 2 months the car broke down due to it over heating. I really just got my car yesterday at about 5. Process was I applied, contacted insurance, provided Driver’s license, paystubs, utility bill, and insurance company, took down payment and was in the uber to there longer than it took me to sign everything and leave. (Call to insurance company took the longest.) As for the car I picked it out of the cars they had online. Why? Because it was the cheapest and I needed a car. I rented the 2011 Dodge Charger.
