Especially if you think this place will help you catch a break go to Credit Cars The only form of payment is via phone call, where card information isn’t stored (you’ll be repeating it every two weeks) Tolls on vehicle must be paid before the car and they are added to every payment(two weeks). Rick, the most irresponsible person. Zero customer service, he did not response to phone call or text. Make me waste my time to see a truck, never saw the truck running, made appointment to see the truck and he didn't show up.
I was in an accident that was not my fault while in their program. I was warned not to use the company but at the time I had no choice. I was in a time crunch for a car and had very little options. The accident required Rent to Own to give the insurance company the title to the car, which they did not do right away. The car was salvageable but Rent to Own refused to let me accept the check to repair the vehicle only wanting to accept the check for a total loss.
