Be aware if you want to rent a RV (specificly the 30ft Jayco 27A) from them. The RV is not in the "luxurious" state as they advertise it and they don't properly prepare it before you pick it up. Multiple cabinets and drawers had to be strapped down with bungee cords, otherwise they would open during driving. One of the stove buttons was wrongly installed and leaked gas when it was on "Off", and the water fittings where not properly installed and leaked water. It’s always a pleasure using Lisa and David’s services. This recent trip I rented their BMW 330e and it was a smooth and enjoyable trip. We recently rented the BMW 330e sport from ROV and had an excellent experience. Lisa was super helpful and answered numerous questions I had about the rental process. We wanted a luxury car for a weekend away in Whistler but needed to pick a friend up at YVR airport. They had the car waiting for us at the airport with very clear instructions. Had a family trip to Whistler BC Canada. So we searched for local rental car companies in Vancouver. Rent Our Vehicle popped up and we rented their 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. After checkout, Lisa sent us the delivery instructions to YVR Vancouver International Airport. She made it very easy for a family of four getting to a new airport we have never been to. Will book again, Very pleased with the customer service.
