I made a mistake and walked into one of Rent One store in Saint Louis, MO. I decided to rent a sofa, made payment for 2 months and next day changed my mind and canceled it. My rental agreement with Rent One should be canceled. Furthermore, the company has processed and issued my reimbursement refund on 21 July 2026 confirming that my account is fully settled and closed with a zero balance since I haven’t used the services at at all canceled it immediately. Umm I had ordered a laptop through y'all and I haven't gotten it yet and I have been make payment on it and they told me they would deliver it last Thursday and no one haven't show up then when I called the store no one don't pick up the phone that unprofessional first laptop they brought me was someone else's and then I am still wait on a laptop I am not very happy with it… least unprofessional of customer service so I don't think that right for the business..
The new lady Nesha that works there, needs coaching on customer service. Her attitude and tone of voice is NASTY!
