Very disappointed with the delivery service. We were told that our delivery would arrive between 10 AM and 12 PM, so we waited during that entire time, but nobody ever showed up. We eventually called to find out what was going on, and we were told that the driver was off that day. If the driver wasn’t available, we should have been informed ahead of time instead of being given a delivery window and left waiting. This was a very frustrating experience and a major inconvenience. I ordered three things online back in June (kitchen table, entertainment center, tv) paid 149.93 up front to place order. I agree with the review from Gemini and can attest to the fact that this location is the best in St. Louis! The entire staff is professional and very hard workers. They will get the job done when they say it is going to be done. The manager is polite, kind and very clear about what to expect when you rent from them.
