Super friendly and fast/efficient check in process. We came in to rent regular beach cruisers for a leisurely late afternoon ride down the boardwalk 2 hrs before closing. Not only was the check in simple and smooth, while checking in staff eyeballed us from afar and presented 4 bikes set to their best guess for bike size and seat height ( we range from about 5’ to 6’) and none needed adjusting! Can you give a place 10 stars out of 5 stars??!! Our family of 6 rented 5 e-bikes + a burley on New Years Day 2025. We rode up to Huntington Beach pier and back. It was the highlight of our vacation to SoCal. My only regret is we only rented for 2 hours rather than 4 hours. When we come back to Balboa Beach, we will be renting e-bikes again!
Service is great. The bike was a bit rusty all over and the chain needs lube but kept on going! Put 51 miles on it in 4 days. It served it's purpose 😁
