I was really impressed with this place. I have never rode an electric bike before and the staff were so helpful and they did not make me feel like an idiot. Plus their prices are reasonable. Additonally the location is great to explore the area, including riding the ferry to balboa island.
Great customer service! Easy process and super convenient bike rental. We came in to rent 4 bikes for an afternoon cruise along the boardwalk and were greeted with smiles and all the best places to see. We've rented bikes from several places in the area, and 20th Street has been the absolute best by far! We'll be back here every time for our bike rentals and easy access to the boardwalk and beach! Thanks, Mike and team!
