I was actually impressed this time with the level of "personalized" service I received from my Simi Valley Enterprise location. I have rented here a number of times and always received the hum-drum-fake / "have to be nice" service. This time was different. They spoke to me like they had known me for quite a while, were personable and the check out/in process was completed in a timely manner. I hired a car for a week in Simi Valley. Diana helped me, and the entire experience was a pleasure. Friendly, fast, and the car I wanted was not yet available, so an immediate free upgrade. One small point regarding Enterprise's policies: When you rent the car, add ALL the fees and estimated taxes into your quote. There is nothing more annoying to have a charge for your car, for the week ahead, and then after return get an add-on charge for "license recovery fee". Why not tell me about it up front? I was called to attend a last minute meeting and the Enterprise team helped me select a vehicle and had me on the road in 20 minutes. They did not have the vehicle I wanted available so they put me in a 328i at a great rate. The drive to Las Vegas was much more enjoyable this time!! Thank you Enterprise!!
Although I called to rent a vehicle from them on very short notice, they were very accomidating and got me in a vehicle in without any hassle. Whenever we have needed a vehicle, we have called them and we have never been disappointed. Having tried several other rental agencies, Enterprise has the better choice. Thank you to the staff for doing such a great job.
