The customer service is terrible. They gave us two numbers to contact if we had questions during our rental. The very first day our golf cart completely stopped working. We immediately called both numbers and emailed, we received no communication back. We called the number on the side of the golf cart and the gentleman who answered said he didn't even own a golf cart company. We used this company for a golf cart rental on Anna Maria Island. The customer service was impeccable. The employees were easy to get ahold of and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy as customers.
I worked with Rebekah to book the golf cart. She was patient in advising me and gathering needed info to book. All details were great. Rate better than companies on island. Renting the cart was clutch for the families from out of town staying in beachhouse. No need for driving. Little done. The cart was an older model and occasionally backfired which was a little alarming but got us around just fine. We rented a 6 person cart. Thank Rent and Ride!
