I don't know about the good reviews nothing company. Here's my review. 1. Dirty interior, not clean. 2. My deposit was not returned and the guy argued with me instead of asking his bank if my deposit was still in their account. 3. Very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Now I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau and possibly a claim at Court! BEWARE!!! FIND ANOTHER RENTAL PLACE!
What’s terrible experience dealing with Baljinder at the front desk! The guys doesn’t know how to talk to clients.., $30 and $1.29/ kilometer for 5 hours and then $50 per day if you want the full 24 hours and he closes at 6 so if I pick Up the car at 4:30 and need it for 2-3 hours I can’t return it ! Please please Do Not rent from here ! Terrible service and he looked grubby and shady
In mid August and After numerous problems with the big rental companies i called rent a wreck in the Divya hotel. I called first and went a bit later. The man working there was awesome. He was able to rent us a car and without the hassle. A nice brick regal. Lots of options in it. The hassles were about certain rules the "other guys " have but this man was able to provide paperwork for me to be able to rent it. He was a trip saver , nice guy, good car, great price and my grand kids had a blast. Highly recommend this company.... read more
I've never been more insulted In my life.... Customer, I was with. I was accused of having a forged credit card because the international Visa card had no numbers on the front of it, which apparently who is new to this East Indian gentleman. Said he wouldn't rent the car due to "didn't feel comfortable". I was dressed in a 3 piece suit and my associate was a tourist from the Phillipines. Accuserd us of a forged credit card and a criminal.....
