Amazing experience .. i always go there if i want any rental car in affordable price .. best in town ever for me.
I booked trailer. Can at 4:30 to pick up. The guy is not in place . He said he has emergency. I do think so. He ask yo come tomorrow what is not possible for me . I have to reschedule my camping reservation, because of last guy who doesn’t want to work.
U-Haul double charged me $409.65 on my moving day and held my money hostage for 3-5 business days with no resolution. My bank couldn’t help because it was a debit transaction. Terrible experience — would not recommend paying by debit. Had to file complaints with Service Alberta and the FCAC just to get my own money back.
