I would never recommend this company. I called them when planning a trip to SD. Jasmine gave me a price of $197. for the week. I was skeptical considering what everyone else was charging. She did a three way call with Black Hills Car Rental in Rapid City, we spoke with Jon and he was completely up front in telling me (and Jasmine) that there was no way he could give me that price. We had a last minute vacation and these guys were very affordable and accommodating. Our flight was early morning and late evening, and we worked out a solution to get the car while they were closed from the airport. John was a pretty stern person, but i like to have people tell me the answers to my question without the fluff, so I preferred working with him.

We have rented from this place for awhile now...due to covid-19 we had to move houses and it's hard to change our address to a new one. I talked john the general manager and he was completely rude to my mother, and to myself. He said it's not his problem and also said to my mother when she asked why he was so rude to her.
