I traveled to Chicago Midway with my family (wife and 2 children both under 5 years old) with hopes of renting a car to visit family and attend a wedding. I booked a car via a third party company (Expedia). Although, I had never heard of the company, I was initially sold by an affordable price and decent reviews.
