I reserved a cargo van 15 days in advance. Called the day prior to pick to confirm location pick up-was told I had to wait till 5:30pm and when I called back was told the van I rented wasn’t being returned and I could have a pick up truck or 16 foot box truck…neither of which are comparable replacements. The staff didn’t do anything to rectify the situation, just said there was nothing they could do. I cancelled the reservation with no apology or effort to help.
