The car condition was very good which just fits my needs. A special thanks to the agent Ryan who made the picking up process very smoothly and super friendly. Will definitely rent it again and recommend to others too. 👍
This place is a joke. Dirty, dingy office. I came in to pick up a truck I had reserved over the phone a few days prior before through their other office. I tried to call in multiple times to confirm the reservation, get some questions answered, no one picked up or returned my calls. The lady checking me out was on the phone with her boss getting step by step instructions on how to rent me a truck. It took 20-30 minutes for them to figure it out. No apologies or anything. Rented a 15-passenger van and a cargo van on two separate occasions. Both times the staff was courteous, the process was easy, and the vehicles worked well for my purposes. Overall, I’m pleased and will use Rent-a-Wreck Chester again! It’s great to have a local car rental option.
