I've always been well taken care of at this location; when my vehicles are there for repairs or just need a car for the weekend, Tyler and the gentleman at Rent-A- Wreck, inside Ode's take good care of me!!!

Horrible experience here with my wife and 2 daughters. Going through all these hoops just for them to kick my baby and pregnant wife out with NO REFUND before we could even drive a rented car. Once I mentioned they could possibly get sued for their policy practice, they didn’t even want to try to help. Yall about to find out. Btw: called corporate and got a refund. Enjoy the rest of your employment.
