Professional, helpful and great follow-through with communication. Excellent.
They were able to get me a car immediately after Enterprise gave my reserved car away. I called at 545 pm needing a car ASAP and they were very helpful. Even tho I was bounced around several operators, i was still able to get the car even after the shop was closed. I ended up returning the car early however due to the CEL, transmission seriously slipping, and the back seats don't latch so they kept bouncing. I’m from out of town and have been treated with. Nothing but respect they have a simple process and when you are returning they thank you and if I stood pass the time I got a courtesy call never a threat but everyone’s experience is different I enjoy renting from them
I have been renting a car from them for quite some time now. I had an incredibly busy and nonstop day, and once the car was several HOURS past the return time, they threatened to report it stolen, specifically "theft by deception," and escalated it to their "security" department because I didn't respond to them regarding an extension... This was all after several HOURS late past the return time, not a few days, not even a full 24 hours.
