I have been renting a car from them for quite some time now. I had an incredibly busy and nonstop day, and once the car was several HOURS past the return time, they threatened to report it stolen, specifically "theft by deception," and escalated it to their "security" department because I didn't respond to them regarding an extension... This was all after several HOURS late past the return time, not a few days, not even a full 24 hours. This place came through for us on a last minute Sunday rental. Jen and Trish were very helpful, courteous and responsive. Really appreciate the service.
Website isn’t updated. Website allowed me to reserve a vehicle to be picked up on a Sunday. Sunday came location closed.
