I reserved a large van for a group trip more than a week in advance. I even signed an electronic document acknowledging that the reservation could not be cancelled. When I showed up on the morning of the rental, the office was closed and calls went to voice mail. 45 minutes later someone finally picked up, said they had no record of my reservation, and they hadn't rented large passenger vans in some time. DISGUSTED with this company. I reserved my car online from a branch that says Open 24/7. Filled out all of my info and received a confirmation email and a notice saying my reservation is now complete. I ubered over to the location only to find out they were closed. I had to Uber back and wasted $55 and a couple of hours of my life and still did not have a car. I spoke to their manager and he would not reimburse me for the trouble. Don't get fooled by their low rates, these guys are fraud, stay away from this rental company and save your time and money. If you wish to take a chance then DO NOT Sign the contract unless you see the condition of the vehicle that you are renting since they will not let you come to their office and will ask you to complete all the paperwork online and only then ask you to come to the office and pick the keys. Their rental vehicles are right from the junk yard, god know how they are still able to operate on the road. Rented ... read more
