Miss Trish Kral from the Jersey City center went above and beyond to ensure my rental needs were met, all while being warm, kind, and professional. I scheduled my rental pickup after the office had already closed (unbeknownst to me). Once I got to the pickup location and informed Miss Trish of my situation, she immediately arranged a ride back to the office (After hours might I add) while guiding me through the pickup process over the phone.
