I can’t speak to the cheaper models nor the off hours, except the drop off. I was thrilled with my clean and gorgeous Black Chevy Equinox rental with only 70k and 1/3 the price of all the airport car rentals. The owner and an employee picked me up at the airport. Everything was easy during business hours. Drop-off at airport was as easy as it gets. I did get charged $36 extra bucks maybe for some crumbs but at 1/3 the cost and fabulous all around service, I don’t care what it was for. Thank you for the superior service!
Absolute terrible customer service in the terms of morality. I showed up with payment, valid north dakota driver's license, and valid north dakota full insurance. I stepped outside to take a phone and the lady disappeared and replaced herself with a man who was standoffish and had his mind made up right off the bat For some reason. Not sure how travel within the state cars are but do NOT get an out of state vehicle. My boyfriend rented it, I didn’t. This thing constantly has a dead battery, they even had to jump it to give it to us without informing us. We’ve already put $200 into getting it jumped and buying a device to make sure we have it if we’re in the middle of nowhere and no access to a jump or their office is closed.
