Seatbelt frayed, could not drive 4 hours plus for an exchange due to family burdens. This never should have been rented out. Back window won’t roll up from driver’s door. Letters falling off car. Update to post: My child found a needle while riding in the vehicle. This presents both a safety concern and possible medical emergency. The item was imbedded within the fabric of the vehicle.
Come up to minot often to see the in laws, and I rent a car from these guys everytime. The best car rental place I ever dealt with anywhere in the country. Awesome customer service, unbeatable prices, and reliable cars of all sizes. Definetly recommend Scott and his team at minot rent a wreck!
Great customer service, car is perfect. Only issue is that they don’t have an office at the airport in Minot, ND.
Deceptive! I would not recommend.
