Great service. Good rental car
Amazing service! They picked me up right from the airport, helped me load my bags into the car, and the car they picked me up in was mine so I didn’t have to unload! Drop off was just as easy! The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Hands down, I’ll be using them again the next time I’m in town!
Started off with $501 hold on my cc for rental and security deposit. Next day charged another $201 for the rental. Next day battery dies and am required to purchase new battery from AAA with promise of reimbursement. Had to use my AAA card twice for the dead battery. Paid $229.11 for battery. Next day I returned the rental. They did not have the money to reimburse me as promised. Told them to do a credit to my debit card.
