Worst car rental/car dealership. Vince is very rude and disrespectful! Sandy isn’t much better. Don’t walk run away from this place. They will sell you a lemon and rent you an unsafe vehicle. They are very dishonest people do not trust them and they sell over priced vehicles that are junk. There mechanics can’t be certified because they don’t fix nothing correctly. I bn knowing Sandy for several years. At one point I had to rent a car from her for seven years.
So where should I start. First and foremost this is the worst car rental place/car sales place ever! First they sell an elderly woman a Buick that had multiple issues and was rusted out so she gave them there car back. They turn around and sell that same Buick to a guy who keeps having to bring it back because he is also having issues with it. I got into an accident in Nov 2024. I’ve been renting a car from here, since then. They’re easy to deal with and very straightforward, which I appreciate. Anytime, I bring up an issue with anything (regarding one of the vehicles), they are quick to fix the problem! Also, they are one of the cheapest around! Very economical.
