I needed a SUV while my car which had been in an accident needed repairs. Thru several changes in rental because parts weren’t available they very graciously changed the terms until my car was fixed. They were so easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again.
Disappointing. The Terms and Conditions of Rent A Wreck states that a valid Foreign Driving License in English is acceptable as is acceptable in the State of California. However the local branch run by Dorothy Trucks accepts only a valid California Driving license. This contrary to the terms on the website. A tie with a dealer that does not comply with the terms of their arrangement is bad business.
The guys are very efficient and responsive. I rented a pickup truck for a few hours job, and I am glad I went here, instead of U-Haul.
