Rented a car online for a trip from Fri to Monday. Avelo delayed my flight From Friday morning to Saturday afternoon. Rent a wreck refused to refund me my money Friday and said I can pick up the car Saturday. I arrived Saturday afternoon and they had already closed at the early hour of 12pm!!! I thought “I’ll pick it up Sunday then.” But NOPE, THEY ARE CLOSED Sunday, so I still could not get my vehicle. Lost hundred of dollars on a car I never used due to their policies. The New Haven office is great and the two women who work the desk are both excellent. We received a new 2025 blue Nissan wirh only ca. 3300 miles in pristine condition (clean and sparkling!). We had no problems at all and we even received a ride to the airport from Kay (delightful young lady and a great, careful drive!) for our flight from Tweed-New Haven airport. We recommend Rent a Wreck very highly - their prices are excellent!

It was easy had no issues picked up my car drive ur and returned it. Reasonable rates . The cars aren't new but they drive and they get you from A to B i will use them again saves me money
