Matt was phenomenal!! Easiest car renting experience ever . Will definitely be a return customer if I ever need a rental car again . Had hell purchasing a car so kept having to extend the rental . Matt was very understanding and holds some of the best customer service out there . Car was a very comfortable ride .
Matthew accused us of smoking in vehicle when we have never once smoked a day in our life so he could charge a $250 fee. Vehicle did not smell of smoke when we received or returned. When we explained this, he would not refund money.
Matt, is awesome. We had to put both our vehicles into the shop and had a reservation with another rental place and they wouldn't rent to us because we were staying in city, without a credit card. So I looked to see who was open at 730 pm on a weekday and found Rent A Ride Okc. They were going be closing at 8pm, but Matt said he stay open a little later for us.
