Matthew accused us of smoking in vehicle when we have never once smoked a day in our life so he could charge a $250 fee. Vehicle did not smell of smoke when we received or returned. When we explained this, he would not refund money.
Matt, is awesome. We had to put both our vehicles into the shop and had a reservation with another rental place and they wouldn't rent to us because we were staying in city, without a credit card. So I looked to see who was open at 730 pm on a weekday and found Rent A Ride Okc. They were going be closing at 8pm, but Matt said he stay open a little later for us. Just found my to go place to rent a car, i do a lot of traveling and relay on car rental, i was able to do the rental over the phone with my debit card and insurance fairly quick (10 min) then showed up and my ride was ready to go, im a huge fan of supporting local businesses and i strongly recommend rent a ride okc, very friendly and my ride was an A+
Rented the Chevy Equinox July 2025. Rode like a dream and well maintained. Customer service was awesome, especially on short notice. Flexible, efficient, and helpful. Will be back 2026 and definitely going to rent from these guys again.
I can’t say enough great things about Matt and his business! Very professional, and eases your mind about costs, all rentals were clean in great condition. after finding out the fees from the airport we were stuck in a situation with no rental car but came across okc rent a ride and were pleasantly surprised with how reasonably priced his fees and rentals were! Will definitely be using him again if we travel to Oklahoma City again! Thank you Matt!
