Enterprise is great ! Great Price, Customer Service and Cars ! there just is nothing to complain about .
Enterprise customer service is second to none. Cars are clean and well maintained.
DO NOT DO IT. We recently made reservations online through AARP which went through Expedia and had a confirmation a few weeks in advance. This Enterprise location knew in advance that they would not have the vehicle when we came to pick it up, and told us that they made no attempt to contact us (yes, we are listed in the phone book and do have a home phone and unique name). They blamed Expedia, AARP, etc. but took absolutely none of the blame. We drove to the airport where that dealership had the vehicle, but that client ser... read more

First time renting a car for me and the two woman at Enterprise were very helpful and kind. Their price was very competitive also. I found a large dent a couple of days into the rental that they didn't tell me about before and told them that it could have happened at night and the lady looked at it and then checked the history on the car and said it was already there so I appreciate their honesty because I was all but ready to pay for it and they could have taken advantage of me and gotten it.
