I stopped by this Rent-A-Center earlier today and had a really disappointing experience. The staff was openly rude and even told me I wasn’t a “whole customer” because I had rented from a different Rent-A-Center location in the past, not theirs. The way they said it made me feel like they didn’t want my business at all. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Let me start by thanking KAREN, she really turned thing around for me. 2nd I want to thank the delivery guy Julio and the store manager himself Wilfred. They really make things happen and I hey do the best to make you happy. Please avoid Rosemary she got my order wrong I mean everything was wrong, she caused so many issues giving out fraudulent info saying things would be free for compensating me for her messing up.
