I had a very poor experience with this location. I did not care for the customer service there. When I made my last payment on the furniture, I noticed some double charges that was not taken care of. I keep getting calls from the staff there asking if I would like to get anything new from the store. I have received calls once a week, every week, since the beginning of February. I paid for a fridge that didn't work. They sent repairman after repairman until finally they admitted it should not have left the factory. Whirlpool gave them a check and told them that they need to supply me a new fridge. It's been months. Every time I call I'm told someone will call me back and never receive a call. The furniture here is not as eye-catching as I thought it was. Also, the staff here are un polite and gave me attitude.
