I rented a refrigerator from them. The delivery person damaged my wood stairs and the manager promised multiple times they would fix the damaged but they never did. When I called before the end of the month to end my rental I was promised by the manager I would not be charged for the next month. Of course I was charged $200 for the next month and when I called the manager she said she would refund me. Nope never saw a refund.
Very poor. There accounts manager is very rude. I'll never shop at the rent a center in Watsonville ever again.
You guys make a newcomers experience a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
