I was given a stove without an air fryer when I specifically said I wasn't going to buy one on their site because they were sold out of the one I wanted that had an air fryer. They said they had one in stock, I came in to get it and was given one without an air fryer. I brought it back and got something else instead, it's not an oven, I bought an oven used locally instead and saved money doing that. The sales person was grumpy that he lost money. I guess we are both grumpy cause I don't like being lied to. 🤪
Absolutely not , do not waste your $ or time with these people , I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 4 years now everything was great never missed a payment nothing, until Chris and Tucker took over , they don’t care about you they lie and only want your $ they sold me a washer and dryer that broke then got me one that broke and ripped all my sheets and towels they refuse to answer the phone or call back and they gas light you and lie , brought back their stuff and canceled my contracts with them after paying off 1,000’s... read more

Dont let the few bad reviews turn you away... some people cant be helped or made happy. The employees Chris and Liz go above and beyond for there customers. Exceptional customer service and they always do everything they can to meet our needs as customers and are excellent at helping solve a problem if one presents itself. Idk who needs to hear this but Chris and Liz deserve some sort of recognition. Thank you!
Would not recommend this store to anyone. Horrible experience.
